Pregnacy symptoms after abortion

I had an abortion one week ago and I had extreme morning sickness before and couldn’t keep anything down not even water I lost 5 pounds at 7 weeks. My sickness and other symptoms went away immediately after Abortion but today it seems to be back? Is that normal ?
