Positive pregnancy test but no symptoms??

I’ve had about 8 positive pregnancy tests, but I am freaking out because I don’t have symptoms. I don’t have morning sickness, or super tender boobs, or any of the major signs. 
Has anyone else been pregnant with no symptoms? How do you keep calm and not panic?

Not everyone has symptoms. They come and go your entire pregnancy.

Some women have zero symptoms, some have them early on, some get symptoms weeks later, some have symptoms that come and go. All normal. Just varies per woman/pregnancy. I had zero symptoms with my son; only a missed period.

If you just got your positives and your early on that’s completely normal, that’s how a lot of people don’t know their pregnant early on. Sometimes it takes a while for symptoms to kick in, sometimes they don’t. No big deal.

I had absolutely zero symptoms with my first. My co-worker was pregnant with me and she had to tell us super early because she was sick as a dog. I constantly worried it meant something, but it didn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was nauseous all day every day of the first trimester with my second, so just consider yourself lucky 😂
