Yeast rash

Not sure where to post this but I’m desperate for some help. My one month old has a yeast rash on her bottom. She’s been getting Nystatin cream 4x daily for 3 days now but her poor little bottom is starting to bleed. Butt paste and desitin make her scream like crazy and neither a&d nor bag balm have helped. I’m waiting for her pediatrician to call me back but what has helped your little ones in this situation?
