Years ago my doctor did a breast exam by hand and noticed a ball and said it’s benign. It never grew and just felt tender whenever I’d get my period. I can move it around a little bit I never noticed any changes in my breasts. Today I just felt slight tenderness and got uncomfortable about it.

Does anyone else have this? I am only 24 years old and was told it’s common. For some reason I have anxiety about it and made an appointment for tomorrow morning but I really want to go now to the doctor.
