Pads vs tampons capacity?

I usually use U by Kotex over nights pads and they usually last all day. I've recently converted over to tampons, and I have purchased U by Kotex Slim - Super. Just wondering if anyone know's how long I would be able to last with one tampon?

You should only keep a tampon in for up to 8 hours then change to a clean one so keep it in for however long you feel the need to just make sure you change it every so often and never keep one in longer than 8 hours :)
