Omelette on the go

Ley

The one thing I’ve discovered of my home cooking journey is that I don’t always have the luxury of taking the time to cook every meal. I go starving through the day most days because I am a student and I work 2 jobs. I’ve discovered frozen pre-prep meals. It required a bit of meal planning, but it’s starting to work out.

The first thing I made for the week is different flavored omelette waffles for breakfast. Today’s flavor: sausage and cheese omelette.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/4c milk

1/2c flour

3 sausage links

1 bell pepper (optional)

1 slice of cheese (about 2 big pinches)

Salt, pepper, garlic, and a couple shots of Tapatio hot sauce.

Whisk it all together; I found it easier to whisk in the flour in small parts so it doesn’t get everywhere.
