Heavy lifting
Ok...so today my daughter and I went grocery shopping and I lifted her to get something off the shelf it wasn't to high...she's not heavy but after I thought about what I had done it's started to scare me I haven't had cramps since about 5 weeks I'll be 10 tomorrow but I've had some since but nothing major should I be concerned???😕
