Potty Training Twins?!

Question

Does anyone have any advice? I have boy/girl twins and they’re both ready to potty train. I have a 4 year old son who’s potty trained. This time around I feel totally lost and stuck!

I have boy girl twins too! We just started introducing them to the potty once a day so we’re not completely potty trained. But as soon as we finish morning milk we come downstairs and sit on the pot and watch 2 nursery rhymes max and they both consistently poo poo and pee pee on the pot everyday. I do take them off the pot if they start fussing at all because I don’t want then to dread potty time. They are 13m old (kind of early) but they are doing great so I’ll be adding a potty section before bed here in a couple of weeks.

I have no advice here but wanted to see what others say. I have boy girl twins too! They’re only 3 months old, but I’m already dreading potty training 🤣 good luck!!

This is portable seat I keep in my diaper bag. The kids actually pull it out and use it at home too.

We are currently potty our B/G twins. We started in March right when they turned 2. My boy took off with it. My car had a strong start and regressed. They are both only wearing diapers during nap and bed. That is my fault though. I teach and nap time is my only planning time. I’m not ready to lose that time yet. 
We started them on their own portable potty chairs. I would move one around the house and even outside. We let them stay naked or bottomless for a couple days so they could understand. We always sat them in the big toilet before bath so they could get used to it. The potty chair quickly became old news and the big toilet was the best thing ever. **with boys you have to push their wee wee down** My boy tells me he is pushing it down but in reality he is pressing it up and if I don’t catch it fast enough it’s like a sprinkler and goes everywhere. 
When they started pooping on the toilet I had to hug them during that moment because they we were scared. Now, they are good to go and understand.
They will be 3 in March. My goal is to have them fully diaper free during my Spring break. It’s a process...marathon, not a sprint.
