Food or drinks to help with nausea?

What helps you guys!? I’m dying!! Lol. I’ve been taking medication from the doctor for it but it’s only slightly helping. I need something that really can help!

Gingerale, ginger tea, ginger chews, pretty much anything with ginger is what helped me through my pregnancy.

I found sucking on jolly ranchers helped a lot!

Anything sour helps.  Vitamin b6, sea bands.  I like to take a lemon and squeeze it over a cup of ice and suck on a piece at a time.  Keep your blood sugar stable, bites of food here and there all day even if you feel like it’ll make you puke

Ginger sea sickness gum, popsicles, watered down Gatorade, baby booster protein shakes

I kept them in my purse in case I got nauseous while I was out. Also, if I didn't have any ginger tea, I would pop one in a cup of hot water, let it melt and then drink.
