Kyleena IUD

I’m so sorry if I’m not posting in the right group, does anyone have the Kyleena IUD? Or any IUD form? I’ve been spotting pink and brown, no period for the last 2 months, here and there feel nauseous and a little run down/tired. I got the Kyleena exactly a year ago. I’m wondering if I could possibly be pregnant with the symptoms I’m experiencing? Has anyone became pregnant with an IUD?
