Hiii! So I'm one of these people who test and test. Since I've found out I have tested every week 😬😬 this week I have tested and it came back very very faint positive.. should I be concerned?

I have had cramping pains but they weren't as bad as period pains. Just slight cramps on and off.

I have an appointment with my epu tomorrow and a scan but I'm just very nervous and wondering if anyone has had similar experience?
