Thinking from their perspective, I would assume they’d want their own name. Just to be safe and considerate of their feelings, I wouldn’t have them share a name.

I think it’s kinda weird. But that’s my personal opinion. My SO and his little brother have the same first and middle names and i do not like it lol and their dad also has the same first and middle name
