How long after loosing your mucus plug did you go into labor??

As a veteran in the birthing suite ( mother of 6 ) it can be anywhere from three weeks to three days in my experience.

I lost parts of it on one morning (at 40+4) and bigger chunks the next morning with bloody show ... and had my son in 24 hours

I went into labour about 24-48 hours later but mine was mucus plug and bloody show and I was already 40 weeks.

You can loose it periodically during your pregnancy. It doesnt always mean labor unless with bloody since it regenerates itself
