Can anyone offer advice?

I had sex with a condom a day or so before my fertile window started. My period is in 5 days but I feel like ive been going to the bathroom more/have to pee more. 
I’m freaking out. Do you think I should be worried?? I have all my other normal PMS symptoms (sore boobs and cramps)

It's probably your period coming up, you wouldn't be having the frequency of peeing yet.

You’re more than likely fine (although nothing is 100%). You wouldn’t have that symptom of pregnancy this early. More than likely it’s just anxiety of thinking about a possible pregnancy that’s making you feel the need to pee more. But of course, if you miss your period, take a test.
