After almost four years of trying we got two faint positives last Sunday. Faint, but obvious. Went into the doc the next morning to confirm and they did a urine test and a blood test. Urine test was another faint positive and doc said it was definitely positive and we scheduled a follow up appointment. He said i should be about six weeks along.

However, I don't have the blood results back yet and I have been stressing all week because I haven't had any obvious symptoms. My doctor said they would probably start in a week or so but I am still so doubtful. I am praying this isn't a chemical pregnancy (no bleeding yet) or a really mean hand of three false positives. Anyone else experienced these kind of emotions? I'm just waiting for someone to say that it's not really happening, sorry. At this point I would be thrilled with morning sickness.
