Has anyone here experienced hot flashes or heightened sense of smell as symptoms of PMS? I’ve been sick, so I thought that was the cause, but now I’m not so sure!

I’m about a week from my period (although it’s very irregular so it’s hard to tell exactly when it will come) and I’ve been getting hot flashes and a sensitivity to certain smells for the past few days. I’ve had certain foods smell gross before, but this is the first time I’ve been disgusted (or even really noticed) my soaps and body wash!

I know every body and every cycle is different, so I’m not looking for a diagnosis, I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

(Also, I have an IUD, so I’m not pregnant!)
