Swaddling with arms free
For those who have made the transition, how long did it take before your LO got used to it? Last night was night #2 and I am dying of exhaustion already. We had to go cold turkey because she started rolling onto her side and almost to her stomach while sleeping. We use the HALO so she’s still swaddled at the waist. I have the zipadee zip coming today to see if that’ll help but this is terrible. She’s not sleeping at all 😩
