How long should you wait to pump milk after you’ve consumed a few shots and beers?
My husband and I finally had a date night and it felt so good to get out and unwind. Now I’m worried I can’t feed my 5weeks old daughter with the milk I’ve expressed. Is waiting 5 hour’s after I’ve stopped drinking safe enough for my little one, or should I wait longer?!
