Blood work & US results

We've been TTC for 11 months now and our Doctor had us run some tests. My husband's sperm analysis results were good as was my FSH, LH, DHEAS & Thyroid tests. What was surprising was my US which showed mild poly cystic ovaries and my AMH levels which were at 5.30

I've never been diagnosed with PCOS and have regular cycles with BBT rises & positive OPKs.

I'm meeting the doctor next week. Should I be worried?
