Longer periods than normal ??

Question

I lost my baby at 17weeks back in December and had long periods ever since. They’re like 7 days long and then I spot for about 3 days. Normally my periods are only 5 days long. 
Has this ever happened to anyone? I feel like it’s more frequent too I’m just always bleeding

My periods since my last loss (12 weeks in Nov) my periods always come on time but now I spot for a couple days first then have a 7 day heavy period when they where usually only 3 days long, and I spot after for a day or 2, they drive me insane honestly x
