So whenever I wake up I never actually wanna stay awake, I always wake up because I have to and not because I want to, I have a bad sleeping routine, it's 4:18am just now and I'm wide awake and I probably won't wake up until 1pm. Does anyone wake up willingly or so they hate waking up? I would say that I think it's my routine that's makes me not want to get up but even when I was at school and I had a kind of routine, I'd still waking up. I've never actually had a proper routine other than a few weeks here and there, any tips on how to keep a routine? I always sleep more in winter And I don't have a job to make me need to get up but I will have a job very soon and i'll need to get up at 7am and I don't know how I'm gonna manage it
