Big ovary

So on the ultrasound for the baby, they found that my right ovary is alll the way up like it’s so high up. And it is enlarged or something. It’s not cancer she said. But I’m going to have an MRI and then they will decide if it should be removed now or after pregnancy or just to keep an eye on it. It’s very weird. I’ve never seen something like it. It doesn’t hurt or anything?? But I’m just surprise at how long and high up my ovary had been pushed up. Probably has something to do with me being so small beforehand and then I’m thinking it has something to do with my scoliosis but I don’t know!! I’m glad it’s not cancer 😰 anyone going through anything similar ??
