10 days late... anyone?

My SO and I had sex 5 days pod, I am on the pill, used spermicide, and he didn't finish (no condom). I'm 10 days late, no symptoms, and had 2 different negative tests so far. Im usually on a 29-31 day cycle, this is day 40. I have an appointment on Wednesday but my anxiety is peaking. Am I over stressing for no reason or could there be a small chance of pregnancy? I'm quite frankly freaking out. 😅
