Hi all I’ve been following for a while, and not posted before. Odd one with me!... sorry for a bit of a long one and if I’ve posted this in the wrong place?

My partner had a vasectomy reversal back in December 2020 and although we said we would try and see what happens before his sperm analysis tests in March I didn’t expect to miss my period the first month...

I’ve tracked my period since 2018 after coming off the contraceptive implant and my cycle is on average 28 days, the longest cycle being 29. I’m currently 36 days with 0 signs of AF. I’m not sure when I ovulated as we were not trying to try properly until we had his test results as it could all be in vain.

I’ve tested every day since the first day of my missed period and all have been negative, I’ve used all sorts of tests first thing in the morning each day. Could I be pregnant even though I have negative tests or is my body playing games because subconsciously I knew there could be a chance? It just seems such a coincidence not being late for 4 years and now after his op this has happened?

How long with negative tests before I contact my GP? Has anyone else experienced negative tests this long and then been pregnant?

Sorry for the long post guess I needed to also get it off my chest as I don’t really have anyone to confide in for support.
