How many of these tablets should I take?

I'm trying soy isoflavones this month but am unsure how many of these tablets I should take? Anyone any idea? I know it says 4 but I'm no convinced.

I know it says 4 tablets but you're only supposed to take 200g for fertility reasons otherwise it can have adverse effects and I can't understand the grams etc :/ thought someone may have used these before for ttc and not menopause as they're intended for
