I took a pregnancy test on January 21st that was clearly negative. Started what I thought was my period on January 22nd with moderate bleeding for 3 days that tapered off into very light spotting for a continued 5 days. I wasn’t sure what to make of the continued spotting so out of curiosity I took a pregnancy test today and it looks pretty damn positive.

Has anyone had what appears to be almost a full blown period then ended up pregnant?

Emailed my doctor but it’s 4 o’clock on a Friday so not sure if I’ll hear back right away. Just looking for similar situations?!
