I am 11w3d and I had horrible cramping tonight on and off every 5-10 minutes for over an hour. It would start mild and then increase with intensity like a contraction. I even had the on call doctor call me to see if I should go to the ER (there wasn't any bleeding) and he advised against it, which I was happy to hear of course. About thirty minutes later, horrible diarrhea and vomiting and then I felt SO much better. I don't know if I've ever been so relieved to have that happen!
