Does PCOS cause sore nipples?

Question

I'm having any discharge at all. They aren't crusty,and I do wear loose shirts during the day when I'm home. The pain is mild and tolerable. 
I wouldn't think I have any infection or breast cancer. I get them check at each pap smear appointment.

No, but post-ovulation progesterone or pre-ovulation estrogen can. 
PCOS itself doesn’t cause symptoms like sore nipples.
