Hey,when i get horny,sometimes my vagina “or hymen or clitoris idk the difference”at some point gets itchy or hurts,does anyone knows why?

To help a bit with understanding your anatomy:
Your vagina is the internal sheath. The vaginal opening is where you may have a hymen (a thin piece of skin that can tear or stretch during sex or from other various activities). Your clitoris is located above your vaginal opening, it becomes erect and firm when aroused. 
What you’re probably meaning is your labia. You have inner and outer labia will engorge with blood when aroused and arousal fluid will be produced in your vaginal canal, dripping down to your vaginal opening. Sometimes this can feel itchy.
Alternatively, you could be itchy because of the detergent you use, because of your pubic hair, or because of an infection like yeast (which can happen to anyone, even when you’re not sexually active).
