Feelings hurt

So, seeing everyone for the first time since announcing I was expecting, everyone decided to laugh aloud and comment on the size of my belly. I've always been a small person but since becoming pregnant I've packed on the pounds. This is me at 21 weeks. Not too happy with the weight gain. Any ideas on not gaining so much weight while pregnant.
