It’s perfectly fine to sleep on your belly as long as you are comfortable. If it starts to put too much pressure etc on anything your body will let you know and you’ll get uncomfortable. I personally am 17 weeks and can sleep on my belly but sort of off to one side.

I saw this on Amazon and put it in my cart for later, as I’m only 6 weeks. It’s called: Cozy Bump A Pregnancy Pillow. It looks like a pool float with a donut hole 😂 I hope it helps y’all.

I was thinking the same thing! I have been sleeping on my tummy and I’m 8+1 weeks :). I’m glad every lady has said it’s fine! Because I can’t sleep any other way hahah

I'm 25 weeks. Still able to sleep on stomach with my knee as a kickstand. Lol. Fifth pregnancy, no complications.

I’m 14 weeks and still sleep on my stomach but I make sure to prop my leg up and tuck a pillow underneath the leg so I have more comfort.. cuz i feel the hard belly on my mattress and it’s uncomfortable. So the pillow really helps it lift it off the mattress

I don’t think it’s bad to sleep on your stomach until you’re showing. Try using pillows as support to make sleeping on your sides more comfortable

I'm 30 weeks and can still somewhat sleep on my belly. Its safe, you can sleep that way as long as you are comfortable.
