I’m sure they would have said something if there was a problem but I only saw the tech, not a doctor. 
I feel like the neck area looks a bit weird.
Also is this side profile or front of the face? 
First time mum so super anxious!

Your lil one looks beautiful. It was probably just the angle. The tech would have head to say something and a doctor would have went it. As a first time mommy it's easy to worry about everything. Try to enjoy your pregnancy and not worry unless ur told you need to! Good luck
