Folic acid
My pregnancy is unplanned, and i am 11 weeks pregnant am scared and all alone in this. I have not been taking any supplements and medication even the folic acid.
I would like to know if it is a must to take folic acid when pregnant. Also what happens if i don't take folic acid?
