Early PMS or IB?

2dpo and very mild spotting and sore/heavy boobs. Seems too early for implementation bleeding, what are your thoughts?

Your progesterone starts to rise and it causes those symptoms. It rises whether or not you conceived and either it drops when you get your period or stays elevated if you are pregnant :)
