Clomid- Cycle 2

Around the time my period was supposed to start I began having brown discharge and cramping so I stacked up on tampons and opks. I bought the pregmate opks that also have hcg strips. Af is 4 days late now and I still have brown spotting. So I cracked open a hcg test and it pulled this within 2 minutes.

Is this accurate? Shouldnt it be darker since I’m so late? Is the brown discharge a miscarriage? I have so many questions because this is the first time in 14months I’ve seen a second line. I’m kinda freaking out y’all 😩
