Exercise first trimester
Anyone in their first trimester and still sticking to their workout routine ? I run not a crazy amount but on average 12 miles per week. And I also do orange theory which often has fast speeds for short distance. I’ve been using the row machine and lifting lighter weights like 25 pounds or less. I’m only 6 weeks and don’t see my doctor until 2 more weeks... is it safe to keep doing my normal routine with working out ? Should I not be running so fast ? I feel fine. And don’t even feel pregnant other than mildly soar boobs.
