I’m upset

It’s a possibility that I am pregnant. Recently got married had slit sex around my most fertile days. Days after my side was really sore and yesterday my nips was very sensitive to the point I hated anything to touch. Well today my lovely husband gave me a spiked drink and now my stomach hurts.
