normal to feel this way ?
haven’t got my period since october, been testing negative frequently and just got my period last night. it was red and also a little clot so enough to know its not spotting. this morning there’s like old blood and not a lot at all .. i feel sick to my stomach bad abdomen pain and nausea so i just feel terrible. i am not one to get suoer intolerable periods is this normal for anyone else ? is it bc i haven’t bleed since october. thanks!
