Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction
Did anyone else have SPD during pregnancy? It started around 15 weeks pregnant for me & it seems like it isn’t getting better , I have an appointment coming up so ima bring it up to my doctor ..... but did anyone go through it during pregnancy & still goin go through 3/4 months after ? I mean it’s still as bad as it was during 😳🥺 the pain is horrible
