So my family of 4+ a dog live in a tiny 2 bedroom condo, our youngest shares a room with us and our oldest has his own room, we found a place with 3 bedrooms that was perfect and affordable for us, we’ve been working extremely hard to get our place ready to sell, we were about to put an offer in today on the new place and just found out it sold late last night 😭 I feel so sad and hopeless now, this was something we had been looking forward to for so long and it was perfect as the place was in the same neighborhood we are already in. My son goes to a Spanish school and we don’t want to move out of the neighborhood as he will lose his spot in that school. The reason it took so long for us to put an offer in was we were waiting for the back to give us approval but they took weeks to finally get back to us and now the place is gone😭 I feel like we’re going to be stuck in this tiny shack forever, I just want my baby girl to have her own bedroom.
