I am actually aggravated at the moment. I have the sweetest mother in law and we have the best relationship but tonight when I told her what we were going to name our second baby girl, she said she liked it but didn’t love it. Erin Grace is our first daughter, Ellie Mae is what I want to name our 2nd. She said “I like it, not love. Don’t get mad. You don’t think she’ll get made fun of being redneck?” I am so shocked. My family loves the name...it reminded them of the hillbilly’s but who cares? I didn’t grow up watching that show so it doesn’t remind me of the hillbilly’s. I mean do I actually change the name so it suits just her? Or keep it and let the other 12 people that love it continue loving it?
