I’m having sharp cramps off and on today. Had intercourse on my ovulation day. Husband pulled out but said he might have slipped a little. I am 5 months postpartum I don’t know if this could be implantation cramps or maybe a cyst. The pain is on my pelvic area in the left side and my Lower back sometimes spreads to right side. Not trying to get pregnant so I’m thinking this is probably a cyst?
