I see a lot of confusion on here about these things so I just thought I would share some insight. First off you are not fertile and able to become pregnant your entire cycle. To become pregnant you need to have unprotected sex a few days before or on the day you ovulate. After you ovulate you will not be able to get pregnant the rest of your cycle. The only way to 100% know you ovulated and what day is to be tracking your basal body temperature which can be tricky and take a few months to get down and understand. Your best bet is to just use protection of you do not want to become pregnant !!
