What to wear on a date

I’ve never been on a date so what are some date day/night outfits you plan for dinner or lunch do you keep it casual or dress it up a bit

I always tried to look nice but not over the top. Especially for day time dates.  At night time you could dress it up a bit more.   Also it just depends on the people.   What my now husband likes me to dress up in is not what my idea of dress up is lol

It depends on the date, if you’re going to a nice restaurant, obviously want to look nice weather that is jeans  and a nice top or a dress and some heels etc. for something more casual, jeans and a nice top works. Maybe some boots instead of the heels. It also depends where you’re going if you’re going hiking obviously you’re not gonna wear a dress and heels. Always ask where you’re going and what the dress should be what’s appropriate. If you’re meeting his family obviously you don’t want to wear anything that’s too revealing or make anyone uncomfortable. Because you don’t know if his family is conservative or old fashion. ￼If your meeting family, uncle nothing that reveals her chest, if you’re going to wear a skirt or a dress, make it to the knee length or lower like midi length is good. Think I’m going to church, I think job interview, that type of thing because they will be judging you, and once they see you in a bad light, they will never see you in a good light ever again. Be comfortable obviously, make sure you can breathe and whatever you decide to wear, some women decide to wear spanx under address, I just make sure you’re comfortable.
