Can I ovulate and not have EWCM?

Last cycle I had a lot of discharge and this cycle there has been barely any at all.

And I did get my period last cycle and I wasn’t sexually actively either.

Last time I was sexually active was 2 cycles ago and was foreplay and I had two negative pregnancy tests and my period. I then had my last cycle with a period and ewcm and then another period which leads me to the start of this cycle.
