My twins had covid last year they were 5 months old, plenty calpol for their temp to keep it down as well as for their coughs and fluids and cuddles they also got bad conjunctivitis with it too, they couldn’t really keep their milk down so I just ensured they had plenty water. It’s awful seeing your babies poorly 😔
