I would totally worry about the tooth instead , that looks like it could be infected . Which could cause other problems in your mouth .

You seem to have decaying teeth on the lower and upper aspect. 
You may need to have them checked out ASAP before they develop into dental abscesses. 
The mouth ulcer is one of those viral ulcers which are self-limiting and will eventually go. It should be the least of your worries.

You need to get your wisdom teeth out. I had the same problem because my cheek rubbed on my wisdom tooth

I used to work at a dentist office and both top & bottoms teeth need to get checked ASAP. 
The decay looks terribly worrisome. Keep in mind tooth decay can affect many aspects of health like heart! It may have already affected bone so please get it looked at. We often saw people with sores and other things next to decaying teeth so I would schedule a cleaning or an exam or something.

Thank you everyone for your concern, I've got an emergency appointment to see the dentist tomorrow as my jaw has gotten worse, I think it's a mix between the tooth at the bottom and an impacted wisdom tooth❤️
