Question post miscarriage..?

I miscarried last Sunday and when I left the hospital I was at 396hcg levels. It’s been almost a week and my bleeding has stopped. I took a  hpt on Thursday and there was still a faint line, now I know it will take time, but this is for the women who conceived immediately after miscarriage, did your levels go to zero first? Or what happens?

I had a D&C on December 7th. I had my follow up 2 weeks later and they had be do a blood draw every week to get my HcG levels down to 5 or below. I got home after that initial follow up appt (Dec 18th) and took a test and it was negative, but my levels were still at 60. I didn’t get below 5 until Jan 13th. This was surprising to me since I had my first period Jan 2-Jan 8.

Yes my levels went back to 0! I had a positive test 4 weeks after my mc. I lost that pregnancy too at 9 weeks unfortunately.

Everyone is different but I had faint positives until 7 weeks after on wondfo, took crazy long! But I did ovulate with those positives so it's possible. Sorry for your loss 😥

I believe they have to be below 10 or something to ovulate. It took me 3 weeks to get a negative pregnancy test. Sorry about your loss! You’re not alone  💔
