My husband and I disagree about nicknames. He is completely opposed to cutesy nicknames for little boys because he feels they are de- masculining them, so he doesn’t like the ie added to a name (he knew someone called Craigy and thought it sound so silly) I know nick names are bound to happen so I would rather have one I prefer rather than let people call him Bo (I hate the name Bo, or Bo Bo) or what ever else they come up with especially since Bowden is my maiden name so people who new me before marriage might have a hard time calling him Bowden. so which nickname do you prefer and which sounds less cutesy to you?
