Has anyone got experience with this?

So I’m 18+5 and recently I’ve noticed one of my nipples has some darkened patches and seems my areola has gotten bigger. Only on the right boob. Both boobs have grown which I expected but I’m surprised to see only little dark patches. They don’t feel any different to other parts of the areola. I’m worried because I had some dimpling of that boob a few years ago and although it got checked with no issues I can’t help but think the worst.

Should I contact a doctor or is it normal? (Contacting a doctor is hard and a pain in the arse atm I don’t want to go through the hassle it’s a normal symptom)
